In our 25 years we have developed quality control
procedures that provide us with the ability to handle
multiple projects in multiple states and overseas
at the same time without losing the quality or affecting
the timing of our projects. We have invested heavily
in a very complex infrastructure, which allows employees
to access our network from anywhere in the world as
long as they can hook up to a telephone line. This
provides us with the flexibility to have our core
experts in one area (headquarters) with others traveling
to meet client needs. All information is backed up
nightly. Our systems are redundant. We have the same
number of servers at our headquarters as we do at
a remote site in downtown San Antonio. The remote
site has additional power supplies, and emergency
backup batteries that can with stand three days without
electricity. We further restrict access to client
files to only those employees cleared to work on them.
We have managed as many as 26 different delivery orders
simultaneously delivering the quality desired.

Since
1976, S&C Advertising & Public Relations
has been creating original art for use in
print and multimedia presentations. We have our
own graphic design department with the latest
equipment and software. We use original or
stock photos or artwork. Our creative
team has more than 20 years experience in
using these tools to achieve our clients' goals.
S&C
can design original Logos, Corporate Identification
Packages, Original Print or Online Presentations,
and Flash Presentations that can be placed
in standard floppies or CD ROMs. Through
all our years of experience we have developed a
large amount of commercial art, graphic design,
special effects, conceptual design and layouts,
camera-ready art, drawings, publication designs
and 3 Dimensional Animation. Our graphic
designs have won the prestigious Creativity 28 International
graphic excellence award, National TELLY Awards
for best animation and best PSA campaign as well
as other local and regional recognition for graphic
excellence.
We
have invested in and developed a sophisticated communications
infrastructure that allows us to work with our
clients on a virtual "real-time"
basis. This allows us to use conference calls, the
Internet, e-mail, etc. to expedite the startup process
of any new program. Meetings and travel can be kept
to a minimum because all materials created at S&C
can be sent electronically for client approval.
Because we use high-speed phone lines (T-1's) we
can send enormous amounts of graphics, presentations
and written materials for client review in minutes.
