The Air Force Center for Environmental Excellence (AFCEE) selected S&C to provide community relations and administrative record support for the Environmental Installation Restoration Program (IRP) and Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) for a 12-state region in the Midwest.

Based on research, S&C Advertising & Public Relations created effective community relations tools customized
and tailored to each location. This included facilitation,
public meeting support, electronic audio/video presentations,
site tours, government agency meeting support, brochures,
poster stations, fact sheets, newsletters and Web support.

S&C was selected by AFCEE as the 1996 Small Business Prime Contractor of the Year.
