The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers hired S&C Advertising & Public Relations (S&C) to provide public affairs support services at Camp Swift.

An elementary school was scheduled to start construction on a formerly used defense site, and there was a possibility that bombs might be in the ground were the school was being built.

S&C provided public affairs planning and media relations support, media coaching & training, and assisted with a news conference on the construction site field. The results were positive.
