Born in Puerto Rico, Earline Lagueruela is bilingual and bicultural. In 1976, Lagueruela became the first woman in San Antonio to form an advertising firm. She has grown S&C from a one-person shop to a full-service national bilingual communications firm. Her experience encompasses every aspect of communications, including marketing, public relations, advertising creation & placement, public outreach, media relations, audio & video production, public information campaigns, new product launches, E-marketing, E-commerce and Web design and content both in English and Spanish. She received
her bachelor of arts from Manhattanville College, Westchester,
NY.

(Andy) Lagueruela

An engineer
who has owned &
operated plants in the Caribbean, U.S. and Mexico, Andy is a
communications pioneer. He created the third licensed long distance
carrier in the U.S. and took the telephone company public. He
also operated a multimodal facility and created Foreign Trade
Zone # 124 in one of the largest ports in the world. As S&C's
Chief Information Officer, he oversees Website design, Hosting,
Maintenance and Video CD & DVD creation, E-marketing and
Animation for our national & international clients. He
grew up in Cuba and is bilingual and bicultural.

Media Guru
Landa has
more than 25 years experience in journalism & grassroots
outreach. His experience began in a CBS affiliate in South
Texas. He then joined the Univision TV Network as a producer,
then as News Anchor. Next he joined Telemundo’s TV
Network as assignments editor and news director. He’s
widely respected as a news executive, TV & print journalist & public
affairs specialist.
He
has 14 years experience as an op-ed columnist.
He is bilingual & bicultural.
He earned a bachelor's degree in Spanish from
the University of Texas at San Antonio.He
is a strategic thinker & develops communications

Ledford has more than 20 years experience in journalism and communications. She
previously worked as a reporter at CNN headquarters.

major markets, being both a reporter and columnist. She is

trainer.

Copa-Puga
serves as Senior Account Executive and Senior Translator
at S&C. Born in Spain, he has spent a most of his
life living in and working throughout Latin America.
He received his master’s degree in Business Administration
from the University of Havana. Copa-Puga is a certified
public accountant (CPA) and civil engineer. He reads,
writes, and speaks English, Spanish, and Portuguese,
and has been translating in these languages for more
than 20 years.

America,
Spain, Canada and the U.S. He has extensive knowledge of engineering,
operations, transportation, international commerce, merger
and acquisitions, advertising and marketing for a world

Tarrago has more than 7 years
experience in web design, web development, flash, and HTML.
Her experience includes working with clients such as Speed
Channel, Time Warner Bros, DIY Networks, Discovery and
National Geographic.

Arts in Visual Communication from American Intercontinental

Quijano has more than 30 years experience in Hispanic communications. He specializes in leading and analyzing focus groups and he has more than thirty years of experience in translation and interpretation. He worked with the Bush for President, Inc., helping develop the Spanish website.

An instrumental part of the team that created the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s Spanish Web site, including implementing the 508 web compliance. |

Kerley is an environmental scientist with more than 20 years
experience working with the private and public sectors. Kerley
has worked with well-known organizations such as Philips
Electronics, Intel, Exxon and the Los Alamos National
